Kris Strate
Front Office
I am proud to be part of such a hard working, professional team. We have trust and belief in each other. Together, we are committed to providing exceptional dental care. I joined the practice in 1991, as a hygienist, and eventually transitioned to the front office.
My faith, family, and four-legged babies are the most important parts of my life. I have been married for more than 30 years to my high school sweetheart and we have two daughters. My favorite hobbies are gardening and decorating.

I enjoy working with these doctors and teammates because this office feels like a family. I joined the office in 2018 and it feels good to work with people who care about the office, our patients and each other.
Outside of work we are spending our time running from soccer to baseball to gymnastics. We also enjoy weekends at the lake and cheering on the Wildcats! I have three kids and a husband. We spend our time at the soccer fields, lake, or watching Kansas State!

At the end of the day, the doctors and my coworkers feel like family. I joined the office in 2015 and am proud to work with such talented and caring people.
Outside of work, I love animals, watching movies, and spending quality time with friends and family.

As cliché as it sounds, we really are a family. We have celebrated births, weddings, graduations, birthdays, and far too many individual accomplishments to list. We have learned to disagree, forgive, and move on. We have supported each other through illness, deployment, divorce, loss of loved ones, and those all-consuming individual hardships. There is not a better group of people to experience life with. I feel lucky to have been part of this family since 1987.
I have been married for more than 30 years and we have three grown children. At this point in our lives we like to “get away” as much as possible. I enjoy biking, reading, and girl time. I am learning to not sweat the small stuff and remind myself that each day is a blessing. I am one lucky girl!

I enjoy working with such a caring and dedicated team of dental professionals. I joined the team in 2022 and worked in dentistry since 1982.
I have been married for over 40 years and we have a daughter and son. Outside the office I enjoy shopping, home projects, gardening and mostly spending time with my family.

I am blessed to have been welcomed to this team in 2002. I get to come to work and share my days and life with a giving and compassionate group of people. I have been a patient at the office since I was four years old and came to work here right out of dental hygiene school.
I am married, with two great children, and love being with them, our family, and friends.

Oral health education is my calling. Good home care habits and regular dental visits translate to fewer dental caries as well as better overall systemic health. Working with patients on this journey to better oral health is something I’m truly passionate about. Our office is filled with amazing people who are kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. We work together for your family as we are basically a family ourselves. I feel very blessed to be a part of a practice as supportive and welcoming as Rose Hill Family Dentistry.
I’m a graduate of Wichita State University, Go Shockers! I’m from Douglass but now call Rose Hill home. In my spare time I like to read, do Yoga, and love on my family.

I truly appreciate that patients receive very individualized care from our wonderful doctors and dental team. I began working with this amazing dental practice as a fill-in hygienist several years ago and officially became part of the family as a part-time hygienist in 2023.
I enjoy gardening, making gourmet cheesecakes, and spending time with my family and friends.

I’m passionate about providing patient education and preventive care for proper oral hygiene to support lifelong healthy smiles.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends, enjoying time up at the lake, walking , yoga, and reading when I get the time.

I am a registered dental hygienist with 14 years of experience who is passionate about helping others maintain healthy smiles. My favorite part about being a hygienist is teaching patients about oral health and maintaining relationships with my patients!
I have been happily married for 14 years and a proud mom of three children, with a baby on the way. Family life keeps me busy, as my kids stay active in sports and my house also includes three energetic dogs.
When I'm not working or cheering from the sidelines, I love spending time outdoors—whether that’s exploring the mountains or relaxing on the lake with my family.

I love working alongside these doctors and my teammates because we are more than coworkers: we are family. We do LIFE together, no matter what it throws at us. I joined the practice in 1995 and feel like we’re a group of friends getting together to help others.
I have been married for over 30 years and we have three grown children that have blessed us with seven grandchildren. We both enjoying each other, taking trips, and spending time with our famly. We are excited to start traveling more often.

I joined the practice in 2016. My coworkers and the doctors make work so much fun. The days here are filled with lots of laughter and everyone is so supportive of each other. I feel so grateful to have found such an amazing work family and have gained valuable relationships among them.
My husband and I have one grown son and 3 sweet fur babies. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends.

I am grateful to be a part of such a hard-working group of girls and a couple of amazing doctors. I joined the practice in 2012 and immediately knew I had found my professional home. I love that I can call everyone family and not just coworkers!
My husband and I got married in the Spring of 2019. We have two fur babies, Kane and Dexter. I enjoy traveling, reading, and cheering on my Kansas City Chiefs.

I have been with the practice for a long time – trained in 1982 and rejoined in 1987 – so I work alongside my best friends! I enjoy everyone here: the doctors, staff, and our wonderful patients and their families.
My husband and I were married in 1986. We have a daughter, two sons, and now a granddaughter and grandson, too. I grew up in Rose Hill and graduated from Rose Hill High.

I have lived in Rose Hill since 2012. I am married with three children and one grandchild. I love spending time with family and friends at the lake, bowling, or cheering on our sports teams. Rock Chalk & Go Chiefs!
